Industrial wood chips are sawmill by-products from the individual stages of woodworking and wood processing with a low bark content.  Industrial wood chips correspond to the medium size G30/G50 or the particle size P31/P45.

They can be used for many applications and in different areas of the economy:

• in the paper industry, where they are one of the main components of pulp for the manufacture of cardboard and paper. 
• for the production of chipboard and fiberboard in the furniture industry.
• for weed control, moisture retention and soil aeration. 
• in the food industry for the production of smoked meat (alder chips and beech chips).
